I chose this career because I enjoy the industry. My husband and I own the business and I am the front person for the company. I handle the PR, marketing and the travel. The company started out as a 5 million dollar company and has grown to 65 million. We will be starting another manufacturing company and will be working with the state.

I prepared for my career mainly through experience. As far as formal education, I attended Hickory College and majored in Business Administration and Management.

My biggest challenge is overcoming the fact that manufacturing is a dying breed.  To that end, I built a training center and I work with college and high school students, teaching and training them about manufacturing.

My greatest strength is that I don't quit and I keep going. I focus on the youth and I connect with them.

My greatest accomplishment was building a clutch for the Mustang Shelby. We are the owner of this product. I have test driven the Shelby and perfected it.

My professional goal is to successfully take on a new journey in the plant which is producing a 1911 firearm.

I am inspired by life. Life is fun for me and I am excited to do things. I am very involved in the community and I am a huge part of the public. I want to continue mentoring girls in the prison missionary, Mission Gate and Hanna Ranch.

I want to be remembered for raising my son. He is my legacy and my number one priority. Second that that, I want to be remembered for making a difference in someone's life and guiding them in the right direction.
