About my company
On a daily basis, I am responsible for speaking, connecting and teaching people about wellness and health care. I am combining my three companies into one: Marykay for skin care, Kungen Water for the internal healing and to eliminate toxic chemicals, and Juice Plus (power garden). I want to teach the concept of a healthy living. I currently conduct a blog talk radio show everyday.
I chose this career path because
I chose this career because I was looking for balance in my life. Mary Kay has so much integrity and 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee.
I prepared for this career by
I was born and raised in Switzerland, and I speak four languages.
I earned my Masters of Art in Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. I am also an advocate for women's health issues.
I earned my Bachelor of Art in German Linguistics in 1984 from UC Davis, and my Associates of Art Degree in Humanities from Napa Valley College in 1982.
The biggest challenge I've overcome
Right now I am a caretaker for my father-in-law, so my spare time is limited.
My greatest strength(s)
My greatest strengths are my loyality, honesty and my willingness to learn.
My greatest accomplishment to date
My greatest accomplishment is being married to the same man for 33 years.
My personal/professional goals
My goals are to attend my weekly meetings because I get so much out of them. I also just did a fellowship that was awesome. I am also looking to grow my Juice Plus and Kangen Water businesses.
What/Who has inspired me the most
Mary Kay's support network is awesome. It is set up that you cannot fail. It has made me feel more independent. The motto of Mary Kay of putting faith, family and then career in your life has been so inspiring to me.

I have received the following Honors/Awards/Scholarships
I received recognition from the Los Carneros Elementary School for my volunteer support with music for this school's performance.
I was recognized by the community in Napa, CA and Davis, CA as a CPR instructor for the Red Cross and the American Heart Association. I also received the 2010 For You Network Founding Director Award, numerous certificates as Queen of Sales and Queen of Sharing since 2005. I never missed a quarter of being a Star Consultant. I was the first woman president in Thomson Carneros Industries Inc., a family owned business, who started making big changes in the way I took care of the vineyard. I was an active member of the Agriculture Group in Napa, CA, lead by the Agriculture Commissioner, attended all meetings, raised the standards of the vineyard I was in charge of, the quality of the grapes, and even got to the point where I was a few years ahead of my neighboring farmers in the way I farmed the vineyard.
I support the missions of these charities/volunteer my time
I am very involved in the Mary Kay Foundation, which supports ending domestic violence and supports breast cancer. I also support my church and I want to reach out globally to help as many people in need as I can.
I enjoy the following hobbies/interests
I love to sew and play the piano, recorder and organ. I just love music.
