I chose this career because I love helping people, creating jobs for them and I love giving back to the community. I have been in the industry for over 30 years, and I am experienced in business development and recruitment, providing IT Consulting services across vertical markets. I support national sales development, mentoring, coaching and corporate recruitment.

I attended the College of Du Page and a Program for Senior Executives on Negotiation at Harvard University.  I was also very lucky to have had great mentors in the organizations I was involved with along the way.

My biggest challenge is not losing sight of what's important - the balance.

My greatest strength is mentoring. I find such joy in lifting people up professionally and watching them grow and achieve their goals.

My greatest accomplishment is my perseverance. Hard work is rewarding, but it requires tenacity and the courage to admit to mistakes and ask for help when needed.

My professional goal is continue to help S3 grow in talent and revenue and to continue to challenge myself to grow and learn more.

I am inspired by my CEO, Cindy Pasky, coming from a blue-collar family and having blue-collar ethics, and being kind-hearted and thankful person.

I want to be remembered for making a difference in the lives of others and helping to push people out of their comfort zones.

I am a member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Alliance and the Tech Serve Alliance.

I support the MI Humane Society.

I enjoy going to national parks, movies and dinning.
