I have had my Direct Promotions and Renewals for 6 years and help people who already have subscriptions to magazines renewing them at the best rate available.. I got into this business after working with other publication companies as an employee. Our clearing house where we clear are orders represents almost 500 publications and have been working with the publishing houses for approximately 40+ years. I wanted to be my own boss and wanted to bring better customer service to people who subscribe. 

 I got into Pure Romance by Deborah Bergfeld because it was a great opportunity to empower, educate and entertain women. It helps women feel more comfortable talking to their partners, health care providers and with their relationships. I sell bath, beauty, massage and bedroom products that enhance women's lives.

I am currently enrolled part time St Petersburg College and have  received an AS in Business Administration and am now pursuing a BAS in Managerial and Organizational Leadership. I have maintained a 3.7 GPA the entire time I have been in school

My greatest challenge has been doubting myself- thinking I couldn't make it.

My greatest strengths are my ability to help other women, mentoring them and the fact that I have a big heart.

My greatest accomplishment are my 4 children( sadly my two eldest have passed) and my 6 grandchildren. Not allowing a bad choice I made years ago to affect my journey in life. Because of my perseverance I have been able to achieve things that I never thought possible and there are still endless possibilities out there. I have continued my education at a late age but have achieved my AS and now pursuing my BAS degree; which is a huge accomplishment.

I want to do more maybe something else this year. My husband and I are looking into opening a contracting business. This used to be his occupation. I want to look into something that will make me happy and keep me entrepreneurial and help women.

 I have been searching for new businesses  and I am working on building a team for Pure Romance.

When I was younger , I made a wrong choice with substance abuse. I got clean 15 years ago and because other women helped me I want to focus on helping other women who think they cannot change their lives and help them succeed. I was inspired also by my Mom who passed away. She was so proud of me and the person I had become.

I want to be known as the person who would be there for someone without hesitation and reach out to help and not be judgemental.
