I chose this career path because
I was persuaded by a friend to get into Real Estate and developed a real passion for it.
I prepared for this career by
I studied Communications at the College of Southern Nevada and went on to attend Real Estate School to obtain my Realtor license.
The biggest challenge I've overcome
The biggest challenge I face professionally, is recruiting people that have a passion for Real Estate and the desire to make this their career, not just a job.
My greatest strength(s)
I am a people person and I have strong leadership and managerial skills.
My greatest accomplishment to date
I am very proud that I have successfully owned and operated 5 different businesses over the course of my life; Human Resources, Chemical sales and Manufacturing, Pest Control, Real Estate, and Investments.
My personal/professional goals
I just purchased a building, and my goal is to create great agents that are proud and happy with the work that they do. I want to help fulfill careers, not just job opportunities.

I am inspired by God, who led me to my path, and by my passion to succeed.
