I started out with the intention of becoming a paralegal and soon after realize that while I was not great in everything I pursued, when it came to law I got it immediately. I discovered that I had a unique skill set that enabled me to see fact patterns. It came so naturally to me that I decided to go all the way with it and become a lawyer. I have been in the legal profession for 18 years, practicing criminal law, and have been running my own firm for the last 10 years.

I earned my JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. I am a member of the Newport Bar, North Orange County Bar, West Orange County Bar, the California Bar and the California Public Defenders Association.

Law is still very much a male-dominated industry and many referrals tend to go to men. I welcome the challenge and am confident in my knowledge and expertise.

I have excellent analytical skills and a wide breadth of knowledge that works to my advantage. In addition to that I am very good at counseling my clients. I believe in second chances and I see all my clients as worthy human beings who deserve to be fought for. 

My greatest accomplishments are my three boys. I raised them as a single mom and they are they are my pride and joy.

This year I have experienced growth in my understanding of case law and I have become even more successful in my practice. In the future I envision a larger boutique firm that would enable me to give my clients even better representation.

I am inspired to help people who either are being accused of actions they did not commit, or people who made a mistake that should not define their lives.

I want to be remembered as someone who cared and then acted.
