Christal Glam is a non-profit organization that provides customized wigs and hair pieces for people who have cancer and other illnesses that cause them to lose their hair. I also provide personalized skin care and facials. 

My mother was a cosmetologist and I inherited my skills and passion from her. I was inspired to start Christal Glam after my father was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer. His biggest concern was losing his hair and I wanted to help others on the same journey, with the same fears and concerns as my father.

I took classes and courses to further my education and knowledge, beyond what I learned from experience.

The biggest challenge for me has been actually stepping out and making this dream a reality. It is very scary being a single mom with dreams and aspirations but no funds to start a business. I found myself always wondering and worrying where money would come from while raising my son alone, but I found the strength to do it and 1 year later it is all coming together beautifully!

I have a great personality and a wonderful smile.

My son is my greatest accomplishment. He will be turning 10 soon, and he is the best thing that ever happened to me.

My goal is to continue to grow and acquire a bigger location. In the future I would love to have a health clinic attached.

My faith in God, my parents, and my son have been my inspiration and the driving force behind all of this.

I want to be remembered for my story, giving everything in my power to others, and helping people in need overcome their obstacles.

I support the missions of my local church.

I enjoy spending time with my son, bowling, and watching movies.
