I retired as a career counselor from the US Army after 23 years and saw the need for career counseling and developing organizational leadership. 

I blew my knee out while in the services and instead of going for a 4 year stint , continued on and they paid for my education. I want to emphasize empowering women in corporations and organization to help them find what is good and positive about themselves.

I have a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, which is where I am also currently pursuing my Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, I was trained through the US Army in Career Counseling.

The Biggest challenge I have had to overcome was managing my health and raising my son as a single parent (he is now 24 years old) while going to school and working full-time.

My greatest strengths are my resilience and my ability to turn trial into triumphs! I never let the current situation effect my future.

My greatest accomplishment has been raising my wonderful son as a single parent.

I would like to get paid to do workshops entitled"You See My Glory without Knowing My Story". They will be motivational workshops and I want to consult on organizational structure and leadership and mentor others. Now, I need an audience and am currently working on a mini workshop at a church. I need more networking.

The fact that my Mom had me when she was 14 years old and I was molested by my family as a child. I grew up feeling unloved and want no other woman to feel that way.

I want to be known as a loving inspiration who never looked down on someone except to help them rise.
