I became a realtor 32 years ago for a multitude of reasons, but most importantly because I love sales and working with people and I love the flexibility of the job. I have been at my current office for 17 years.

I have an Associate's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Blue River Community College and went on to take courses towards my Bachelor's at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson in the State of Missouri and I have two designations - CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional).

My biggest challenge has been grasping and keeping up with technology and it's constant changes!

I feel my greatest strengths are my knowledge of real estate, my experience and my negotiation skills. I am always looking out for my clients.

My greatest accomplishments are my twin 24 year old daughters.

I have built up my business and have so many referrals that I will probably never fully retire, but I would in the next 5 to 10 years like the slow down significantly, so that I can travel more and enjoy life! Toward that end, I have been working with a Financial Planner on my retirement goals and plan to bring someone in to take care of my business when I am away.

The people I meet keep me passionate for what I do. I have such nice clients.

I want to be remembered as a caring, good, and kind-hearted person with a strong faith in God.
