I am the owner and operate of Hot Mess of TN Inc., looking to achieve the highest level of quality in professional services for the Gas Mechanical - Exhaust Systems in the Greater Middle TN area. I am Licensed and Certified in National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) Code 96 for preventative maintenance and fire safety under commercial building safety guidelines.

Hot Mess of TN Inc. is a locally owned and operated, commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning company. Hot Mess is certified in NFPA Code 96.

I have over 24 years of commercial restaurant experience, and I was always fascinated with the things I couldn't see that went on behind the scenes. 

I learned a great deal about the restaurant industry itself through my years of experience working on the other side. For my venture into professional hood cleaning services, I obtained all of the necessary licenses and certifications, including my 1017A and NFPA 96, as there are strict regulations. I am always looking to further my education and set myself apart, so I recently enrolled in school to gain more knowledge of this field, as it is constantly evolving and growing.

This is a male dominated industry, so being a woman woman business owner in it of itself can be a challenge.

My ability to manage a business while raising three children and my customer service skills are my greatest strengths.

Simply, starting this business all on my own is what I am most proud of. It took a great deal of hard work and determination, but it has paid off and turned out to be a success, as there are not many of it's kind!

I want to design own and operate my own restaurant within the next 10-12 years. I want to build it from the ground up and be apart of every detail of the construction of the restaurant down to the last nail and bolt.

My children inspire me everyday, as well at satisfying my customers. I am a true believer of quality of quantity.

I support the Good Will and domestic shelters for women who were victims of abuse. I also employ men who were in the military who have just come home and acclimating to the civilian life.

I enjoy all things outdoors and traveling!
