I chose this career path because I wanted to help others. I have over 20 years of experience in mental health and behavioral counseling. I focus on strengthening relationships in my private practice, counseling, school social work and speaking engagements. I work with adolescents and adults to address issues relating to emotional regulations, behavior, decision-making and parenting. I use practical strategies to improve workplace culture and migrate the symptoms that result from work place bullying. Christian based principles are used in my sessions to stress the value in each person no matter of the circumstance.

I received a Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master's in Social Work and Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Aurora University.

My biggest challenge is handling the business end and catching up.

My greatest strength is relating to people. It comes natural for me to engage and connect on a personal level. 

My greatest accomplishment is that I work hard in the profession. I am happily married, having that positive relationship and being able to do the things I act on.

My professional is to continue to work on my professional presentation which I develop for schools and to continue to speak at the National Speakers Association.

I am inspired by the response to injustice.

I want to be remembered as the person who cared and inspired others to care.
