In addition, our partners, all of whom are bilingual, have served on the most important organizations and judicial nominating committees for the appointment of judges for South Florida courts and are active in the democratic election of a diverse judiciary.

We are frequently called on by other attorneys to serve as a co-counsel for challenging and extremely difficult cases in South Florida and the state of Florida.

I started my career working as a legal secretary at an aviation firm. I really liked law and decided to pursue my degree.

I received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Florida International University and went on to receive a Doctor of Law in Catastrophic Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice from the University of Miami.

Commanding respect as a Latina woman in a predominantly male dominated profession has been somewhat challenging. It is still very much a boys club and they don't always play fair.

I have a great work ethic and I am a strong team builder. My personality works very well with others.

Becoming a Partner in a minority law firm is one of my greatest accomplishments. I also feel very accomplished when I am able to get justice for the families that I represent.

My professional goal is to continue expanding the firm and advocating with HMBA.

The wonderful families that I work with and help inspire me everyday.

I want to be remembered as someone who has done their absolute best to help others.
