I chose this career path because even as a young girl I loved math and then programming and coding. I was hired by a hedge fund in their technical department. I brought them up to date with Technology  and then realized I loved how the investment banking in technical field worked.

I prepared for this career by getting my BA in computer science and graduated top of my class.

The biggest challenge I've overcome is being a wife, mother, managing a household and having a career. I did work on Wall Street and left that job to take care of my home and family. It's difficult to juggle all that's expected of you to do alone at home and  if you want a successful career. 

My greatest strength is being a people person. I love building teams, bringing people together and seeing them grow and make p rofit for the Organization.

My greatest accomplishment is starting from scratch and implementing programs from an idea before they existed.

My professional goal is to be a Director of an organization within two years.

I am inspired by C level Women Executives and values they bring in to Society. I also see many industries that are not yet automated. This can make an enormous change by using automation, robotics and machine learning, these are opportunities to move forward. Social Engineering is also a field not yet automated fully. Facebook/Linked is just a start. Data inspires me as, It is around us in fragemented way and if we can bring it to gether and link the data with meaning, it can help many industries and mankind.

I most want to be remembered as someone who was given a problem can execute a solution, in spite of any challenges be known.

I am the chapter coordinator for ASHA FOR Education. I also teach my native languagefrom India  in USA with a Goal to promote culture.

I received the Presidential award for community service.
