I worked for the Provincial Government for the Department Minister and I felt the position was not fulfilling my values; I am a people person and wanted to be involved in a career that deals with person to person communication. I decided to leave the my government position and pursue a career in coaching.

I completed The Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program in 2012 at Royal Roads University. This program provided me with the skills, knowledge and practical tools to effectively coach individuals and organizations. I took other courses at Royal Roads involving the development of leadership and instructional skills.

My biggest challenge has been being heard within a hierarchy.

My great assets are my communication skills, my resiliency and my ability to keep a positive mindset.

Motherhood is my greatest accomplishment - I have 3 daughters who are lovely human beings.

This year I have changed my direction and I am climbing in my practice and building my coaching practice, Seastar Coaching.We are certifying more coaches at Royal Roads and are building our program. My goal is to continue growing the company and bring more students in so that we may turn them out into the world to make their positive impact.

 I am continually developing and building new programs and hope to make the program International and offer a Master's degree in Coaching.

The people I coach inspire me. I am inspired by watching them transform and move forward - It is truly a gift to see them grow.

I want to be remembered for helping people and moving them forward one conversation at a time.
