I chose this career path because I enjoy helping people uncover their talents and reach their potential.

My greatest challenge is helping individuals overcome the stigmas associated with a disability and in providing sensitivity awareness to employers in order to encourage more successful employment outcomes.

My greatest strength is connecting/pairing the right people and advocating for social causes and issues.

My greatest accomplishment to date is that I have helped over 5,000 people with disabilities become employed during my career tenure.

My professional goals are to expand our company's services to include veterans with disabilities and open a local area employment one-stop center completely specialized and focused on the needs of individuals with disabilities.

I am inspired by my passion to serve others.

I most want to be known/remembered as a healer and encourager of helping others reach their full potential.
