I attended Arizona State University and received my degree in Biomedical Engineering and accepted my first position as a consultant for a high tech company, however the career path I ultimately ended up choosing was much different. Today I am the Vice President and General Manager for the Training and Logistics Solutions line of Business within the Rotary and Missions Systems business area. I am responsible for the execution and strategic growth of Lockheed Martin mission readiness and sustainment programs for 5500 employees worldwide. I chose this career because I believe in the mission of Lockheed Martin and I have a desire to make a contribution in the industry and in the lives of others.

My preparation has been a combination of both my formal education and experience. I received my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University and went on to earn my MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan Fellows Program. I also earned a great deal early in my career while consulting.

My biggest challenge is continuing to scale in my personal career, in leadership, and across the organization as a whole. 

My greatest strengths include my strategic mindset, my ability to guide others toward the "big picture", and my ability to connect the right people.

My greatest accomplishment was representing the mergers and acquisition site in Montreal. I brought back 250 people and made it profitable in 2 years. This was personally rewarding for me.

My professional goals include continuing to contribute to the company and its overall success, continuing to scale within the company and growing the line of business while strategically positioning them. I want to continue to turn around situations, meet deadlines and work within budget, while also working toward creating a new market space, and engaging more with customers.

I am motivated by watching my team reach their goals and playing a role in the success of others.

I want to be remembered for being a leader that listened and engaged with everyone and for making a difference in the company and the lives of the employees.

I have been appointed by Governor Scott to the Florida Defense Support Task Force in 2017, I am part of the Aerospace & Aviation Advisory Committee for the State of Texas, and I am a member of the AME and MIT Alumni.

I support and am an adviser for Girls Inc.

I enjoy traveling, history, yoga, food and wine.
