I chose this career because I wanted to mix my scientific background with my management skills. In the pharmaceutical industry I knew I would learn more chemistry and management skills. I married a doctor and my work in pharmaceuticals brought me close to him in healthcare. I have worked on famous brands realizing my interest to mix communications and chemistry, thinking of ways to present and promote products. I have been in the industry for 25 years.

I received a Master's degree in Chemistry and took a year long course in Management School.

My biggest challenge in the pharmaceutical industry is understanding the studies, the people I meet, the physician's, medical staff and the patients.

My greatest strengths include my abilities to come up with innovative solutions to solve problems, identify different ways of doing things, and to work as a team player and put forth positive energy.

My greatest accomplishment is being able to manage family life, I have 4 children and a husband, while maintaining my professional career. I am also proud to be part of part of the management team of an operational company, and for the role I play in the lives of my team members.

My professional goals is to continue to advance myself and to eventually be promoted into a higher, executive level position.

I am inspired by my boss. I need to be close to my boss for motivation, mentorship and the encouragement I receive.

I want to be remembered for my ability to motivate others and help them forward, for using my knowledge and expertise to find innovative solutions, and for being a good listener.
