How to Get Luckier – Patricia Ann Ceru
We can all have a chance at attaining good luck. After examining the techniques through a mix of research and discussions with professionals there are ways to boost our chances. It’s easy to say, “that person is so lucky,” but did it ever occur to us how that person became lucky? Luck does not begin at home watching TV. It usually comes from meeting others and being positive. By stepping out of our comfort zone brings us a happier life. When we look for opportunities outside the normal routine we can then begin creating good luck. So weather you like to bike, skydive, dance or try a new career it’s the determination that will improve the odds overtime.
Here are some of the ways we can try to achieve our goals:
Take Risks: Try a new sport or destination by being brave and passionate.
New Places: Research has shown staying in our normal routine will not increase our luck. Meeting new people outside the home increases opportunities.
Work Hard: Many of us work long hours but it’s the intensity and positive attitude that creates luck and success.
Be Attentive: When at work in order to be lucky we must pay attention to what is going on in that organization that will improve the odds overtime.
Never Give Up: Persistence and feeling positive about your goals has the power to bring good luck.
Share: Sharing your luck can bring success too. When you share your resources people will likely reciprocate with you.
As actress Lucille Ball once said, “luck is hard work and taking chances!” Circles of different people are one of the keys to success. It’s better to be passionate and try performing our goals instead of focusing on the fear of losing them. When we set eyes on a goal we can also be the “lucky ones!”
