She chose her career path because she wanted to work for a service-oriented company that looked at each customer as an individual.
I prepared for this career by
She prepared herself by earning an MBA for Scientists, Engineers and Technical workers from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor's degree in computer science and electrical engineering from NYU Poly School of Engineering.
The biggest challenge I've overcome
Her greatest challenge has been earning the recognition for the work that she does and the ideas that she has. Sometimes, she faces the "Man's World" syndrome.
My greatest strength(s)
Her greatest strength is mentoring and developing others. She is a facilitator with the "Lean In" organization within UPS, and she enjoys helping others to grow and learn.
My greatest accomplishment to date
Her greatest accomplishment is raising her three daughters.
My personal/professional goals
She hopes to see herself as a leader and change agent, and take the principles that I have in mentoring and use it for myself and my destiny and in "Lean In." I want to acknowledge and advance myself with my skills and to be more assertive to seek them.
What/Who has inspired me the most
Knowing that all things are possible. She feels called from God, which strengthens her.
I most want to be known/remembered for
She hopes to inspire others to step out of their comfort zones and be what they want to be.

She is a member of Toastmasters International, IEEE, ACM, ARRL, NAPW, CGM, NY/NJ Trail Conference and is also a lifetime member of the Adirondack Mountain Club.
I have received the following Honors/Awards/Scholarships
She is a two-time recipient of the Distinguished Governors Award. She also earned the Amatuer Radio Operator of the Year from the ARRAL Hudson division in 2015; she was chosen out of 70,000 of her peers. In 2015, she was also a distinguished Toastmaster.
I support the missions of these charities/volunteer my time
She was the first female president of the Bergen Amateur Radio Association and is now part of the executive committee.
I enjoy the following hobbies/interests
She enjoys amateur radio, downhill skiing; and bowling.
